Caitlin Clark continues to break down barriers in the WNBA by becoming the rookie with the most assists in league history.
The Indiana Fever star contributed 23 points, five rebounds and nine assists in a 92-75 win over the Seattle Storm.
Thanks to those nine assists, Clark reached 232 assists in her first season in the WNBA, suring the record held by Ticha Penicheiro with 224 from her rookie campaign in 1998.
The WNBA has returned this week after the Paris 2024 Olympics and Clark, whose absence from the national team sparked controversy in the United States, has returned with her batteries charged and two wins in two games.
