Following his devastating loss to Ryan Garcia last month, Devin Haney has dropped another bombshell. Abraham Nova recently revealed in an interview that he once rocked 'The Dream' Haney during a past sparring session.

This isn't the first time Haney has been embroiled in sparring session drama. Before the Ryan Garcia fight, Garcia leaked footage of a sparring session between Gervonta Davis and Haney, reportedly showing the latter getting dropped.

"I was touching that boy up, five shots, head shots, all that," Nova claimed.

"I mean I was touching [that] boy up. He knows he got that work for me-those three to four sessions."

Haney hits out at Nova

In the wake of his poor performance against Garcia, questions about Haney's status among the elite in the lightweight division have intensified. Unable to tolerate comments from his former teammate, Haney branded Nova a "fraud" on social media.

"Abraham nova is a fraud," he noted.

"wallahi I kicked him out of camp because he wasn't giving me good work. Last few sparring sessions my pops made me use one hand & work on things. I think this was back n 2017."

Nova reflected on the past, claiming that upon his arrival at the gym following a long flight, Haney immediately called for a sparring session despite Nova's evident jet lag.

In response to the aforementioned tweet, the Puerto Rico-born boxer fired back, questioning Haney's integrity.

"Yea if I'm a Fraud what does that make you?" he said.

"Cmon champ we all lose and win in this Sport take your L like a Man like I took mines."
