Jake Paul is gearing up for what he believes is a "lose-lose" situation as he prepares to face boxing legend Mike Tyson on November 15 at AT&T Stadium.

In a candid conversation on Steve-O's podcast, Paul itted that, from the public's perspective, the fight puts him in a tough spot. Whether he wins or loses, the scrutiny around the bout will be significant.

"I see it from the public's perception; yeah, it comes across as a lose-lose for sure, and I see that angle for sure, and I'm going to have to deal with that, but the way I rationalize it, it's a win-win-win for me personally," said Paul.

The YouTuber-turned-boxer is aware of the criticism but believes the fight could make history.

With over 277 million subscribers potentially tuning in, it could become the most-watched boxing event ever, far suring the 4.6 million who watched Mayweather vs. Pacquiao.

Paul is excited about the chance to share the ring with Tyson, though the 58-year-old former heavyweight champion's age has sparked controversy.

Critics argue that Tyson, who is old enough to be Paul's father, is far from his prime, but Paul isn't letting that dampen his enthusiasm. He is focused on the opportunity to fight a legend and on the immense viewership that will accompany the event.

Is Tyson able to fight?

Meanwhile, Tyson's readiness for the fight has come into question after recent comments. While providing MMA commentary, Tyson itted to feeling "a little shaky" and experiencing difficulty walking.

However, he remains confident about his chances. "Two months from now I'm going to be perfect... The fight is won in the gym," Tyson said, signaling his determination to be in top shape.

Despite these concerns, Tyson is already in intense training, reportedly sparring six rounds a day. The fight, which will use two-minute rounds instead of the standard three, adds another unusual element to this already unconventional matchup.

As the bout approaches, both fighters are preparing for what promises to be a monumental event in boxing.
