The 2023 Formula 1 season will return this weekend with the Canadian Grand Prix, where Red Bull will seek to confirm its dominance with Max Verstappen, and with Sergio Perez looking to return to the podium after two races in which he could not celebrate.
The Gilles Villeneuve Circuit will be the stage where the drivers of the top category will race in search of victory, with Verstappen as the favorite, something he will have to confirm this Friday with the free practices.
The last F1 race was held two weeks ago, on June 4 at the Circuit de Barcelona, where Verstappen achieved one more victory to consolidate his position as the leader of the world drivers' standings.
"Being Max's teammate is probably the most difficult thing, because he's a driver who doesn't have many flaws, but I think it's possible to beat him," Perez said.
"I've been on par with Max since the start of the season, one way or another, sometimes better or worse, but I think that's how it should be."
Where to watch the Canadian GP on TV and online
The Canadian Grand Prix will be available on television on ESPN and ESPN Deportes and via streaming on Fubo and F1TV Pro.
Of course, everything that happens at the Montreal circuit can be followed on MARCA in English.
