The removal of Javier Hernandez from the Mexican National Team was not only a matter of coach Gerardo Martino, but of several people involved.
Chicharito talked to Ruben Rodriguez about why he was punished from the national team, he recognizes his mistake, but does not clarify what was the indiscipline that cost him the 'exile.
He considers that he was one of those who paid the most for the mistake, along with Miguel Layun and Marco Fabian, although he assured that for the latter it was unfair.
"I had to dance with the ugliest, not just me, but several others.... Marco was not even there. This fell to a lot of people like a ring on a finger," said Hernandez.
Tata Martino is only one of those responsible for the exclusion of Chicharito
"Isn't Martino the only one responsible for you not going to the national team?" asked Rodriguez. "No, of course not," replied the LA Galaxy striker.
In order to protect a teammate, Chicharito Hernandez added other people's guilt to protect and would never affect him.
"I made make a mistake, but the most important thing was that I recognized it in time. The problem is that I can't talk about it because I'm taking someone between my legs. That's how it had to happen. I made the decision for it to happen. I took on the role of a villain," he emphasized.
