Riqui Puig and five other Barcelona B players included in Supercopa squad

Ernesto Valverde has named the Barcelona squad that will travel to Saudi Arabia for the Supercopa de Espana, with six players from the B team included.

Two goalkeepers, Inaki Pena and Arnau Tenas, will be on the plane, as well as Carles Perez, Riqui Puig, Alex Collado and Ronald Araujo.

Meanwhile, Barcelona's injured trio of Marc-Andre ter Stegen, Ousmane Dembele and Arthur Melo will remain in Catalonia.

Valverde had to look towards the B team in order to make up the numbers ahead of the semi-final against Atletico Madrid on Thursday and the possible final on Sunday.

Defenders: Nelson Semedo, Gerard Pique, Jean-Clair Todibo, Clement Lenglet, Moussa Wague, Jordi Alba, Samuel Umtiti, Ronald Araujo, Junior Firpo.

Midfielders: Ivan Rakitic, Sergio Busquets, Sergi Roberto, Frenkie de Jong, Arturo Vidal, Alex Collado, Riqui Puig.

Forwards: Luis Suarez, Lionel Messi, Antoine Griezmann, Carles Perez, Ansu Fati.
