Koeman and arella are in Ramos' sights
Real Madrid He is closing in on further records

Sergio Ramos was recognised by Real Madrid for his record 168th cap for the Spanish national team ahead of their clash with Leganes at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu.
Becoming the record cap holder for his country has been the defender's latest landmark moment and he's after plenty more yet.
Goals in successive seasons
Ramos' first act of gratitude to the Bernabeu crowd was to score his first league goal of the season from the penalty spot, meaning he has found the net in each of the last 16 campaigns.
The last season he failed to score in came during his debut campaign as a professional with Sevilla B in 2003/04, playing in the third tier of Spanish football.
Piru Gainza, who scored in 19 successive seasons with Athletic Club, and Santillana, who scored in 17 successive seasons for Real Madrid, are the only players in the history of Spain's top flight that had longer scoring streaks.
Joaquin has netted in 17 different seasons with Real Betis, Valencia and Malaga as well as in two campaigns while he was playing in Serie A for Fiorentina.
Alongside Ramos on 16 successive scoring seasons are the likes of Paco Gento, Adelardo Rodriguez, Enrique Collar, Lionel Messi, Raul and Quini.
Total goals for defenders
On 62 league goals, Ramos is the third top scoring defender in the history of LaLiga Santander.
Fernando Hierro leads the way on 105 goals, but 44 of those goals came when Radomir Antic used him as a central midfielder rather than a central defender.
The Spaniard's best tally for a single campaign came in 1991/92 when he netted 21 times and he finished his career having scored 21 penalties in LaLiga.
Ronald Koeman is the second top scoring defender in LaLiga history, having notched 67 goals during his time at Barcelona.
However, 68.65 percent of that total came from the penalty spot after he missed just six times from the spot in 52 attempts.
Out of the active players in Europe's top five leagues, no defender comes close to Ramos' tally of 62 league goals.
Monaco's Naldo (36 goals) and Roma's Aleksandar Kolarov (31) are the second and third top scoring defenders, which tells you a lot.
As for the Champions League, Ramos scored his 12th goal in the competition against Club Brugge earlier in October.
He still has work to do to catch Roberto Carlos, who, on 16 goals, is the competition's top scoring defender.
In fact, Gerard Pique is closer to the Brazilian than Ramos in that respect on 14 goals.

International records
Having won more international games (125) than any other player in history, Ramos is after another record in a Spain shirt.
He's just one goal away from equalling Daniel arella, who scored a record 22 goals for Argentina in the 1970s and 80s.
