Xzibit has been hit with a temporary restraining order after a former employee accused him of making a death threat over his ongoing divorce battle. However, the rapper has strongly denied the claims, stating they are false and intended to tarnish his image.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Julio Garcia, who claims to have worked for Xzibit for years washing his cars, filed a restraining order petition on February 25. In his filing, Garcia requested that Xzibit (real name: Alvin er) stay at least 100 yards away from him, his wife, his daughter, and Krista er-Xzibit's ex-wife and Garcia's employer.

Court documents reveal allegations

Xzibit and Krista are currently locked in a contentious divorce, with Krista recently accusing him of failing to pay court-ordered child and spousal for December 2024. The case remains ongoing.

In his declaration, Garcia claimed Xzibit threatened to kill him if he testified or provided Krista with information about what he learned while working for the rapper. This allegedly includes details about Xzibit's vehicles, properties, and a warehouse linked to his cannabis business. Garcia further alleged that Xzibit once forced him to help transport merchandise from Las Vegas to Chatsworth.

Xzibit's legal team responds

Xzibit has refuted the claims, arguing that Krista has manipulated witnesses through coercion and intimidation. His attorney sent a letter to Krista, accusing her of pressuring third parties with legal and immigration threats to obtain favorable statements. While it is unclear if this accusation directly references Garcia, Xzibit insists the allegations against him are fabricated.

Krista's attorneys, on the other hand, maintain that the restraining order and related testimony are credible. They referenced Garcia's sworn declaration, which detailed years of alleged unpaid labor and intimidation by Xzibit.

A judge granted the temporary restraining order, requiring Xzibit to stay away from Garcia and cease all with him. However, Krista was not included as a protected party in the order. A court hearing is scheduled for March 19 to determine whether the order will be made permanent.

As the legal battle continues, Xzibit remains firm in his denial of the accusations, stating he has fulfilled his financial obligations and that Krista's claims are an effort to alienate him from his son.
