- Have filed Form IT-201, Resident Income Tax Return
- Have declared their income within the qualifying thresholds
- Not claimed as dependents on another taxpayer's return

How much will the inflation rebate check be in New York?
According to official statements, between August and October, eligible taxpayers will receive the refund check in their mailboxes.
