MLB Trade Deadline: When is the Major Leagues Baseball trade deadline?

The MLB is about to have its mid-season trade deadline for the summer and the entire world wants to know when that is. Everybdy is eager for that day to come closer so we can all find out where many of our favorite players will end up during the post season. If they don't, they will become the biggest enemy in MLB this season because Ohtani is on track to hit at least 60 home runs.

With Shohei Ohtani's future on our mind, we have to confirm that the MLB Trade Deadline takes place on August 1. This means that the Los Angeles Angels have until that date to announce their final decision about the Japanese phenom. It was recently reported that the team was already listening to offers for their best player but they are staying tight-lipped for now. Even the betting website are part of the fun with the odds still placing him as part of the Angels after the Trade Deadline comes. But the reality is that Shohei wants to not only break records but fight for championships.

Currently, Los Angeles Angels cannot guarantee Ohtani he will fight for a trophy every single season. This makes the rest of the teams' work more exciting because the most competitive rosters have the biggest chance to trade for Shohei. Odds do have Los Angeles Dodgers and the San Francisco Giants as the two best options for Ohtani. But every single team in MLB wants to trade for him.
