Takashi Murakami designed the special and limited edition of this Tokyo Series year official merchandising. This collection was launched on March 7th, and they also worked with other brands such as Complex Media, New EraFanatics, Topps, and Rawlings. The Japanese artist threw the first ball of this Tokyo Series
The flower inside the uniform design, as with every other special product they launched; New Era 59FIFTY caps, Nike hoodies, Rawlings gloves, and Topps unique collection cards. Murakami reported that this was a symbol of Japan and its close relationship with the US.
Even though Shohei Ohtani won't be able to throw in his land, the Japanese fandom will be able to see more of the show that Shoehi put this game with a two-run home run inside the Tokyo Dome.
