Olivia Dunne spent her Saturday cheering on LSU's football team in Baton Rouge, accompanied by her gymnastics teammate, Chase Brock. The Tigers faced Nicholls State, securing a 44-21 victory to bring their season record to 1-1.
Though Dunne didn't wear the university's usual colors, she still displayed her school pride by opting for tiger-print boots paired with a black dress.
Sharing her excitement with her followers, Dunne posted on Instagram, including a picture of herself on the field with the caption "game day!!!!!" Once in the stands at Tiger Stadium, she shared another photo with Brock, showcasing their coordinated outfits for the day.
Adding to the game-day experience, Dunne also shared a video of the opening fireworks and band performance before kickoff, expressing her enthusiasm with heart-eye emojis in her Instagram story.
Set for LSU return
This appearance at the football game comes after Dunne's recent announcement that she will return to LSU for a fifth season with the gymnastics team, following her senior year that culminated in LSU's first-ever NCAA gymnastics title.
As she prepares for her final season, Dunne remains an active figure on campus and continues to embrace her role as a university ambassador.
Earlier in the week, Dunne attended a red carpet event for the Amazon Prime docies The Money Game - LSU, which highlights some of the university's top athletes.
At the event, she ed fellow LSU stars Flau'jae Johnson, Alia Armstrong, and Trace Young for a roundtable discussion, while sporting a sleek all-black outfit.
