Shedeur Sanders left a lot of fans thinking he may have a heightened opinion of himself after he called himself a 'legend' as part of his birthday celebrations.

Sanders is the former quarterback of the Colorado Buffaloes in the NCAA and he celebrated his 23rd birthday on February 7.

He has always been a very confident person both on and off the field, but he may have overstepped the mark when he said 'Today a legend was born'.

Another said: "Please save the Cleveland Browns bro don't reject us tortured fans who you."

One X tweeted: "Can't wait till in April for the birth the legendary Sander-to-Nabers-connection," dreaming of Sanders ing the New York Giants and teaming up with Malik Nabers.

"LOL. Dude, you're 19 years old you know nothing about anything You can't declare what a legend is you have no clue. You haven't been alive long enough to even know what that is," commented another, either mistakenly or jokingly misrepresenting the 23-year-old QB's age.

"Future giant," tweeted one more, referencing heavy rumors of him playing for New York in the 2025 NFL season.

One more fan wrote: "Drake level cringe."

Shedeur is currently going through the NFL Draft process, although it is expected that he will be out of range for the Dallas Cowboys and is unlikely to form a partnership with Jerry Jones despite the pair already getting on very well.

Sanders is currently slated at No.12 and given Dak Prescott recently signed a new extension to remain the quarterback for the Cowboys, Dallas are not expected to move heaven and earth to get Shedeur.
