- NCAA. Angel Reese and Shedeur Sanders show chemistry and team up to coach together at Super Bowl Flag Football game
- NCAA. Shedeur Sanders forges ahead with a provocative statement that opens a debate among fans: You have no clue
There were plenty of big names in Saturday's Super Bowl Flag Football game, and the event hosted by Kai Cent and IShowSpeed got people talking on social media.
With football fans waiting for Sunday's big game, the flag football game was a chance for everyone to enjoy some low-stakes action and take in everything that the sport of football has to offer.
One moment that really got people talking involved Shedeur Sanders, who could go first overall in the NFL Draft, and Chicago Sky star Angel Reese.
However the moment in question didn't involve a , a run or a spectacular play. Instead, fans were drawn in by what they believe was Sanders cold-shouldering Reese.
Reese was active throughout the game, as she was one of the coaches for Cenat's team. At one moment she asked Sanders, "Why you not playing?"
"I'm here in spirit, bruh," responded Sanders with a smirk, which has since been dissected by fans.
In the end there was no real beef between the two as they did share a hug, and Cenat's team did fall to Speed's once the final whistle was blown.
Fans react to Sanders
Despite there being no signs of tension between Sanders and Reese, that didn't stop fans from weighing in on social media.
"He should not have treated her like that," wrote one fan, who believes Sanders should have shown her more respect.
"He definitely gave her the cold shoulder you can see the hurt in her eyes," added another, with a third writing: "Gave her the Juke and a stiff arm."
