Bill Belichick and his girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, recently enjoyed a special night out in Palm Beach, making it an evening to at the iconic Swifty's at The Colony Hotel.
It was Belichick's first time dining at the renowned venue, and Hudson, 24, couldn't wait to share the experience with her followers.
"Popping Billy's Swifty's Cherry," Hudson posted on Instagram alongside two sweet photos from their date.
The couple was spotted enjoying some of the restaurant's most popular dishes. The first photo showed their starters-Swifty's famous chilled globe artichoke poached in citrus with house vinaigrette, and yellowfin tuna tartare with fried wontons. In the second snap, Belichick, 72, was seen smiling and extending his hand toward Hudson, showcasing the romantic nature of the evening.
Belated anniversary celebration
This night out came just a week after the couple celebrated their anniversary, albeit a little late. On March 7, Hudson shared an image from a restaurant where they enjoyed a chocolate cake with "Happy Anniversary" written on it.
"Better late than never," she wrote in the caption, reflecting on the joy of celebrating their love.
Since Belichick accepted the head coaching position at the University of North Carolina in December, the couple has been seen ing each other at various events. Hudson often expresses her pride in Belichick's achievements, and they have continued to savor their time together.
Belichick and Hudson's public outings haven't been limited to dinner dates. They were also seen attending Super Bowl weekend events in New Orleans. The pair walked the red carpet at the NFL Honors, where Hudson turned heads in a sparkling silver cutout dress featuring a sequin bra top, high-slit skirt, and long train.
Belichick, ever the professional, complemented her look with New England Patriots colors and displayed his impressive collection of Super Bowl rings.
Hudson also hit other Super Bowl events solo, including Sports Illustrated's The Party. During the event, she shared with PEOPLE how her coral reef-themed dress and lobster bag-both sourced from Facebook Marketplace-were intended to raise awareness about the struggling fishing industry in her home state of Maine.
As the daughter of a fisherman, Hudson explained her position.
"They need help, and hopefully through fashion, we can bring awareness to the fact that fishermen and lobstermen in Maine are struggling," she concluded.
