Deion "Coach Prime" Sanders has a big personality that's second to none, with a charisma that makes him one of the most popular figures in American culture.
The NFL Hall of Famer is known to be a ladie's man, and he has been married twice, to Carolyn Chambers and Pilar Biggers.
During his first marriage he had two kids, Deiondra and Deion Jr. On his second marriage he had three kids: Shilo, Shedeur and Shelomi. Both divorces were highly publicized and involved lenghty legal battles over money and child custody.
Deion receives praise after a big extension
Aside from his head coaching job with the Colorado Buffaloes, Sanders gives out interviews on different platforms and he's the co-host of the Tubi show "We Got Time", where he and Rocsi Diaz discuss the latest in news, culture, entertainement, and sports as well as interviews with celebrity guests.
On one of their latest episodes, Diaz wanted to take a moment to celebrate Sanders, who recently received a contract extension with the Buffs through the 2029 season after turning around a bad football program into one of the most watched and exciting teams in the nation.
The University of Colorado said that the extension increased Sanders' yearly base salary to $10 million in 2025, making him the highest-paid football coach in the Big 12 and one of the best paid coaches in college football, another milestone into Deion's incredible achievements.
"I want to say something to a lot of youth coaches, high school coaches, that's out there, because a lot of people are thinking that God really blessed me for what's transpiring right now. I really feel like I'm blessed for what transpired way back then, with youth ball and high school and the things that nobody saw my staff and I doing for these young men." said Sanders about his new contract.
Sanders gets flirty with co-host
Rocsi Diaz surprised Deion with a gift, not before telling the Colorado head coach that now that he got more money, he could be better about the gifts for her. The co-host got "Prime Time" a onesie, something that the former football player really liked.
"That's fly, I really, really like that. Who tooke care of you? Because you know everybody"! Sanders said. "Nobody, I bought it, I know what you like. You need to get you a woman that knows what you like, basically. That had nothing to do with me, I'm just saying, when you... that's a good gift giver, anyway." Diaz added.
"Coach Prime" was not goint to let that slide by and he had a strong reply fo the flirty comment. "That was a shot, y'all. Y'all know that was a shot. You need to stop." he said. Rocsi denied that she took a shot at Deion, calling it a "suggestion."
"So when I start suggesting things for you, now, don't get sensitive." replied Sanders, as they both went back and forth with subtle messages that makes fans wonder if they have something more of a professional relationship going on. Deion has referred to his co-host as his "work boo" but both have denied dating rumors.
