- New York Giants. Travis Hunter and Shedeur Sanders have been ruled out by the New York Giants
Travis Hunter is going to be a high pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, which is 17 days away. The question is: which team is going to draft him as the possible biggest star of their franchise?
The 2024 Heisman Trophy winner is rated the No. 2 player available by NFL Network analyst Daniel Jeremiah, just behind Penn State Abdul Carter, described as an electric edge rusher who has an elite burst and a special skill to flatten at the top of his rush.
Jeremiah describes Hunter as a lean, athletic playmaker who shined in both sides of the ball for the Colorado Buffaloes. According to the analyst, Travis has a narrow frame and is a very smooth-flowing athlete. "On defense, he was much improved in 2024. He didn't take as many unnecessary risks at cornerback, relying more on discipline and technique to stay in position."
Travis Hunter gets humilliated by a teenager
Despite all of his incredible athleticism, there's another athlete that's creating buzz in social media and even the NFL offficial X . Her name is Addie Rosenbloom, a teenager from Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, and she blew the mind of the people that have watched her footwork video.
"Better than most in the league," wrote an X . "Smoother route running than Travis Hunter showcased at his pro day," added another. "Oh, she's nice. Better than some NCAA receivers," said somebody else. "Her footwork is next level, straight fire! Can't deny talent when you see it. That's nuts, no lie," wrote another X .
But other s were not sold on Rosenbloom's footwork. "Respect to the yound lady... but I've seen nothing spectacular here," wrote a social media . "This is good footwork. But it's not the only factor playing wide receiver in the NFL. It's all fun and games until you get your ribs broken coming across the middle," added somebody else. "Who cares, she can't play football. Put her in soccer where she can excel."
Flag football, the hope for USA in the Olympics
Addie Rosenbloom was selected to the 14U Girls' roster of USA Football, from where the top players would be participating at the Summer Olympic Games of Los Angeles 2028. That's because flag football will make its Olympic debut at L.A.
USA Football research shows the number of boys and girls ages 6-17 playing flag football increased 38% from 2014-23, reaching a peak of more than 1.6 million this past year. Additionally, participation among girls ages 6-12 increased 222% during that time.
There are also opportunities for girls and women to play flag football competitively for high school and college programs. Eleven states, including California, sanction girls flag football as a varsity sport. Women's flag football at the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) level features college scholarships and a national championship.
