Jordon Hudson is no longer staying quiet. Following a wave of criticism stemming from her appearance during Bill Belichick's uncomfortable "CBS Sunday Morning" interview, the 24-year-old former cheerleader has returned to social media - and her retweets are doing all the talking.
After telling CBS reporter Tony Dokoupil "We're not talking about this" when asked about her relationship with the legendary coach, Hudson took to X (formerly Twitter) for what seemed like a calculated response.
Though she hadn't been active on the platform in years, Hudson co-signed several pointed retweets that pushed back against public scrutiny and defended her decision to intervene.
One post she shared read: "Bill looks like he wants to reach across and strangle the journalist. I kind of wish he did."
Others described her as "a private person wanting to keep their private life private," and "a woman who cares about her man and doesn't want to be screwed over by the media."
Her message was clear: she wasn't about to let the media define her intentions or the nature of her relationship with Belichick.
Viral criticism and a cryptic ring
The awkward exchange between Hudson and Dokoupil wasn't the only headline-making moment from the interview. According to a report from TMZ, Hudson left the set mid-shoot, reportedly halting production for half an hour.
The incident ignited online commentary from well-known voices, including Megyn Kelly, who questioned whether Belichick was being manipulated, and Dave Portnoy, who labeled the interview "excruciating."
Yet Belichick and Hudson didn't appear rattled by the backlash. On Monday, the couple was seen leaving a luxury hotel in New York for a night out, with Hudson wearing a stylish black and white dress and Belichick in a full suit.
Just 24 hours later, Hudson was photographed again - this time sporting a ring on her left hand, triggering speculation about a possible engagement.
While she has yet to confirm the significance of the ring, Hudson did share a promise on Instagram to deliver a "full statement," accompanied by an alleged fiery email from Belichick concerning the book promotion.
As for the question she refused to answer on-air - how they met - Hudson seemingly offered an indirect response by reposting a photo slideshow of the couple's first encounter: a flight in 2021.
The two reportedly began seeing each other not long after, with Hudson previously noting they shared their "third midnights kiss" this past New Year's Eve.
Despite the intense media attention, Hudson appears unfazed and unapologetic, standing firm in her defense of their relationship and her role in the now-viral interview moment.
