"Tom, wassup my brother," Gronk exclaimed, teasing Brady with a shout-out.

"I heard you took the Fox crew to my restaurant Roca last night, the best Italian food in all of Tampa. How was it, my brother?"

The playful callout caught Brady off guard, but he was all in for the banter, responding with laughter.

"It was absolutely incredible," Brady said enthusiastically. "I tell ya, I loved it. Great job, Gronk. I don't know what your involvement is, I don't know if you're setting the menu."

However, Brady couldn't resist throwing a playful jab at his former teammate.

"They did say on the way out you still have an outstanding bill or something that you didn't pay, which is kind of crazy," he joked.

Keeping the fun going, Brady jokingly added: "Honestly, I didn't want to pick up the tab. I'm a little low on cash right now, I've been spending a lot lately."

Despite the playful jabs, Brady did touch on some important football news, shifting the focus back to the game and the Buccaneers' playoff chances.

He spoke about the team's success, highlighting how his former squad secured a playoff spot, with Baker Mayfield leading the charge to win the NFC South division.

Brady couldn't miss the opportunity to praise wide receiver Mike Evans, who tied an impressive NFL record with his 11th-straight 1,000-yard season. Brady called Evans' feat "one of the most special plays I've ever seen."
