UFC president Dana White recently made an appearance on the "Full Send" podcast and ed a couple of other high-profile critics who slammed Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce for promoting the COVID-19 vaccine by Pfizer in commercials.
White, 54, made sure that the UFC continued pulling off fights during the peak of the pandemic and continues his stance against the vaccine. One of his fighters, Colby Covington, and New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers also ripped Kelce apart for his Pfizer endorsement.
"I don't know him. I don't know anything about him, other than he's a good football player," White said on the podcast. "He's getting a lot of attention right now. I don't know why - unless he's a believer - why would you promote that garbage? I don't know why you would do it.
"It's pretty f---ing obvious we don't need it, but like I say, to each his own man. It's like people that are still wearing masks. You're basically just telling everybody "Hey, I'm nuts. Check me out, I'm f---ing crazy.'"
Colby Covington goes even harder on Travis Kelce
Rodgers, 40, famously or infamously said he was "immunized" when attempting to keep his anti-vaccine stance a secret. He was the first one to call out the Chiefs tight end.
Kelce, 34, did not have an issue with Rodgers calling him "Mr. Pfizer" and doubled down on his pro-vaccine stance.
Covington, 35, went in on Kelce harder than anybody and called him "one of the biggest pieces of s--t of all time."
