It's not Kearney's first run-in with the law

Marsha Kearney, the mother of Kansas City Chiefs star Rashee Rice, finds herself in legal trouble once again.

After being caught on camera allegedly stealing a package from her neighbor's porch in Texas, Kearney is now facing a new misdemeanor charge.

The incident took place on September 29, when Kearney's neighbor in North Richland Hills, Texas, accused her of taking Chappell Roan records from their porch.

The act was recorded on the neighbor's Ring camera, and after the evidence surfaced, an arrest warrant for the 43-year-old was issued on October 8.

A week later, on October 15, Kearney turned herself in to the Tarrant County Sheriff's Office.

She now faces a charge of mail theft and is due to appear in court later in November to address the case.

A Recurring Issue

This is not Kearney's first run-in with the law. Earlier this year, she was accused of stealing household items from a man, but that case was dismissed in June after she completed certain court-imposed conditions.

Meanwhile, Rashee Rice, who is recovering from knee surgery, is expected to miss the rest of the season.

This will allow him time to be by his mother's side as she navigates her latest legal challenge.
