- Swift. Caitlin Clark predicted her meeting with Taylor Swift as Chiefs superfans' worlds collide
Skip Bayless continued his feud against Taylor Swift by angrily calling out the WNBA's Caitlin Clark after the 22-year-old Indiana Fever player was spotted with the billionaire popstar as the Kansas City Chiefs took on the Houston Texans.
Whilst most of the people watching the game were concerned with who would emerge victorious between Patrick Mahomes and C.J Stroud, the pundit and analyst seemed preoccupied with the two women.
The basketballer was spotted with the billionaire pop and country singer at the Arrowhead Stadium as they hung out to watch the intriguing AFC Divisional game unfold before them, but all this seemed to do is upset the 73-year-old man.
"WAIT, CAITLIN CLARK IS UP IN THE ARROWHEAD BOX WITH TAYLOR SWIFT???," Bayless posted to X.com, formerly Twitter. "CAITLIN, YOU DON'T NEED TO BE SEEN WITH HER.
"YOU'RE BIGGER THAN SHE IS. JUST STAY ON YOUR OWN PATH."
Chiefs continue marching forwards
For the moment, neither of them have appeared to take any notice of his yelling and they seemed to enjoy the NFL Playoffs game before them too, as the Chiefs eventually ran out as 23-14 winners.
They will now move onto the AFC Conference Championship game on January 26, where Mahomes will face one of the MVP candidates in either Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens, or Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills.
The winner of that game will book their spot in Super Bowl LIX at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans. The Chiefs, should they make it, will be looking for their third consecutive Super Bowl win, something that has never been accomplished in NFL history.
Clark, meanwhile, will continue slowly getting back into the groove of things in basketball as she prepares to tip-off the 2025 WNBA season against Angel Reese's Chicago Sky team on Saturday, May 17.
