The excitement is becoming palpable as kickoff approaches in Super Bowl LIX. The Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs are making their final preparations for battle on Sunday night, when the NFL's champion for 2024 will be declared.

There is a championship at stake, of course, but for the Chiefs there is the added incentive of becoming the first team in NFL history to win the Super Bowl in three consecutive seasons. Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is hoping to add to his three Super Bowl rings -- and three Super Bowl MVP awards -- as his growing family watches on.

Brittany will bring Golden to the Super Bowl!
Motherhood very much agrees with Brittany Mahomes. Patrick's wife, a model and entrepreneur, has been as active as ever in the weeks since daughter Golden Raye's birth -- and the Chiefs signal-caller finds Brittany's path "motivating".
"She's been amazing," Patrick Mahomes told the media from New Orleans. "She's been sleeping well. Mom's been extremely happy."
Golden is set to be in attendance as the Chiefs pursue history at the Caesars Superdome, and her first NFL game just happens to be the biggest on the calendar. Her dad's team is favored, too -- the Chiefs' line hasn't moved all week, as sportsbooks have KC favored by 1.5 points over Philadelphia in a rematch of Super Bowl LVII.
"I want them to have the same experiences that the other two had," Patrick said, in reference to 3-year-old daughter Sterling and 2-year-old son Bronze. "I'm excited for her to be able to come. I think this will be her first football game at the Super Bowl and hopefully we can get her a win."
