There seems to be little doubt

New York Jets cornerback Sauce Gardner has been enjoying the off-season and it now seems that Ice Spice could be the main reason why.

He recently ed a carousel of photos on Instagram that has set his fans wild. One of the pictures showed his matte grey Rolls Royce in New York City, and then another image seemed to show artist Ice Spice reaching for the enger-side door of the same car.

Naturally, fans have jumped to the conclusion that the pair are now dating and this could have been Gardner's way of 'soft launching' the relationship to fans and the press.

The rumors of a relationship first started in February when a fan captured a clip for TikTok of Gardner and Ice Spice on an escalator together, and they were accompanied by the rapper's security team. They reportedly got dinner together that day and the rumors have had momentum ever since.

Multiple public sightings of the couple

Since then, they have been seen together at Druski's 'Coulda Been Love' premiere, a Jets home game, and the 2025 Vanity Fair Oscars after-party.

Gardner, who was named Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2022 and earned first-team All-Pro honors in his first two seasons, experienced a slight decline in performance during 2024. Nevertheless, he expressed a strong desire to stay with the Jets.

"I want to be part of this for a long time," Gardner said. "I want to be part of the change in this organization. If I was to go somewhere else and then there was a change, I'd be a hater, for real."

Gardner still has one year left on his rookie contract, with the Jets holding a fifth-year option for 2026. While he remains patient, the 24-year-old acknowledged that any extension talks would be handled by his agent.
