Kylie Kelce is relieved Jason Kelce broke the news he plans to have a vasectomy after his fourth child, as the Philadelphia Eagles legend targets no more surprise babies at the age of 37.
Already parents to Wyatt, Elliotte and Bennett, the couple are due for one more arrival to their household and after that, they're all done as the NFL center plans to take necessary measures.
"My husband was on a podcast recently and was referencing a vasectomy," Kylie Kelce told the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast. "I was like, 'I'm glad you're throwing that out into the universe.'"
"I've always said I wanted four kids [and] room for, like, one pleasant surprise. If we had five kids, I'd be like, 'OK, that's enough. We need to stop.'"
However, as Kylie alludes to, he might have to argue his case to his 33-year-old wife as she potentially has plans for one more kid in the works to take their family total up to one more number.
"When [Bennett] hit about a year and some change, I had this moment of, 'Oh, I forgot one,'" Kylie explained. "Because I kept thinking I forgot the baby. And then I'm like, 'S**t no. All my toddlers are here.'
"I had three kids. [The] switch that happened was when our youngest really started acting like a toddler. My brain started saying, 'You're forgetting the baby.'"
"I did not approach our third as if it were going to be my last and so I have this mental block where I think that one more baby is right."
Jason explains vasectomy plan
Jason's plans for a vasectomy actually comes from a selfless place, however. It's from a source of comion as he its his wife has gone through the trials of pregnancy with their fourth baby.
"I think Kylie's about coming to the end of wanting to pop these things out," Jason said to The Steam Room podcast. "I think this pregnancy has been a long one for her."
