Before the NFL conference championship games were decided, the favorites among fans, the media and those winning the conversation for the Most Valuable Player award were two who were ultimately banished from the big party on February 9 in New Orleans, Super Bowl LIX.
The Buffalo Bills and the Baltimore Ravens could not reach the Super Bowl, but instead left their 'representatives' who are serious contenders to lift the MVP trophy, and who in all honesty, have been for many for a long time: the QBs Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson, -in addition to the Cincinnati Bengals QB Joe Burrow-, and thanks to the rule that what is done in the postseason does not influence the decision, it can be said that it will be between them, to the detriment of Jared Goff or Saquon Barkley, who are also among the favorites.

A total of 50 people decide who will be the NFL MVP, and they do so in the following way: they can put five players on their ballots and each is assigned a number of points according to a system in which first-place votes carry the most weight: 10 for first, five for second, three for third, two for fourth and one for fifth.
Who can vote?
50 of the media vote for the NFL MVP award, and in times like these, when the media is full of former players, it can be said that not only journalists have the decision in their hands.
