Martha saved Serena

On May 21, Threads started an interactive session with Martha Stewart, who answered questions about gardening. Serena asked why her carrots were small and crooked.

Stewart gladly answered her question, advising her to prepare the soil well, mix it with sand, and use raised beds to optimize cultivation. By following this advice, Serena could improve her garden's results.

The friendship between Martha and Serena began several years ago

The friendship between the two women already has a rather curious and amusing history.

During the 2019 US Open, Martha cheered Serena on from the stands. In 2022, Serena offered Martha tennis advice on TikTok. Serena began receiving guidance from Martha and being recognized by her as "the most inspiring woman I know" after iring her legacy as a child.

Serena's $10 million Palm Beach mansion, designed with the help of her sister Venus's studio, reflects her contemporary and creative taste. It features a gallery instead of a living room, a hidden karaoke room, a gym, a wine cellar, and an infinity pool. Serena even has her own vegetable garden in Florida.

Keeping that garden in perfect condition will be challenging, but Serena Williams has Martha Stewart's and advice whenever she needs it. Hopefully, she will follow Martha's advice and continue to triumph off the court.
