Ryan Garcia made the entire boxing community worry on Sunday when he posted several Instagram Stories suggesting harm to himself. Dillon Danis, who previously had issues with the boxer, took to X (Twitter) to offer help if mental health struggles is the cause.
Danis and Garcia are two of the sport's biggest trolls, so it's tough to take either seriously, but most fans will give them the benefit of the doubt in this situation.
"Mental health is really important, and if Ryan Garcia is genuinely struggling, he deserves all the he can get. I'm totally here to help out in whatever way I can," Danis tweeted. "Hang in there and get well soon, champ!"
Garcia's most recent interaction with Danis was negative, so the mixed martial artist offering the boxer his help could be proof something is really wrong.
Ryan Garcia preparing for Devin Haney
The Mexican-American boxer, who often posts about being a man of God, might have had his Instagram hacked, considering the messages were demonic in nature.
Garcia, however, is currently going through a lot in both his personal and professional life. He's prepating to fight Devin Haney and going through a divorce while becoming a first-time father.
Danis, meanwhile, had poked fun at Garcia's troubles earlier this year. His change of heart is surprising, to say the least, but most fans will welcome it if he's serious.
