Major League Baseball (MLB) has banned two fans from all ballparks across the country following their conduct in Game 4 of the World Series between the Yankees and Dodgers last October.

The sanctioned Yankees fans, Austin Capobianco and John P. Hansen, attempted to wrest a ball from the glove of Mookie Betts, one of the Dodgers' stars, who had caught it as it flew toward the Yankee Stadium stands. According to the organization, "the conduct posed a serious risk to the health and safety of the player."

In the image, you could clearly see how Betts catches the ball and the fans grab his glove, pull it hard, make him open his hand and do not stop until they get the ball, an action that found no option to be considered as an error of the Dodgers player.

After the initial shock and the review of the play by the umpires, both fans were 'invited' to leave their seats at Yankee Stadium. The game continued without further incident.

Burglary

In addition, the resolution prohibits them from entering even offices and other competition facilities, even for advertising events. If they are found anywhere "they will be expelled and arrested for tresing".

The Yankees had already expressed their outrage after the game at an "atrocious and unacceptable" act.
