The NFL season kicks off with a thrilling rematch of one of 2023's standout games: the AFC title game between the back-to-back champion Kansas City Chiefs and the Baltimore Ravens. In their previous clash, both defenses were exceptional, particularly in the second half, when the offenses managed only three combined points. The Chiefs' first-half lead proved too challenging for the Ravens to overcome.
Baltimore struggled offensively, failing to execute in the ing game and largely abandoning the run early on. MVP Lamar Jackson, restricted to a 50.6 PFF ing grade, faced difficulties due to the offense's inability to adjust and release the ball quickly. Kansas City's defense capitalized, recording 17 pressures and three key sacks in the second half.
