The Super Bowl is meant to be the ultimate litmus test to find out who is the very best team in the NFL. One squad from each conference makes it to the final game. In order to determine a just winner, the NFL has held the Super Bowl at a neutral site since its inception. That is supposed to take away any type of home field advantage for either team.

That doesn't always mean the crowd is split 50-50 in of fans from each team, but it's usually quite neutral. Given the strong fanbases both the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles possess, one would imagine the same would be true for Super Bowl LIX. But that doesn't appear to be the case.

Bold! Patrick Mahomes stirs the pot with bold gesture during the Super Bowl

Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce get booed at Super Bowl LIX

During pregame warmups, reporters in the Caesars Superdome were stunned as Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and the Chiefs players were booed incessantly, signaling a strong tilt towards Eagles bias in the crowd.

When considering the amount of hate the Chiefs have received throughout this season, perhaps it isn't too surprising. Eagles fans are also very loud and rowdy, so they may just be drowning out the Chiefs fans for now.

Regardless, if that discrepancy holds true, it could feel like a home game for the Eagles. Don't expect the Chiefs to be rattled, though.
