Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid cheered on his alma mater (BYU) during their game against the University of Houston at T-Mobile Center. While his visit didn't brought a win for Brigham Young University it revealed something surprising about Reid's famous mustache.

BYU couldn't reach the Big 12 Tournament championship game with their former offensive lineman and graduate assistant in the stands but had a good run in the tournament. During the game a photo of the Reid came up while he was a BYU player and it revealed that he hasn't changed his mustache look since 1978.

Since BYU ed the Big 12 in 2023, making it to the tournament has been an easy task for Reid. He was in attendance at the quaterfinals against Iowa State and last year he watched the Cougars beat UCF in the second round of the tournament.

Reid played college football with the Cougars from 1978-80 and returned to the program as a graduate assistant on LaVell Edwards' staff.
