Dana White is one of the greatest sports executives in the history of mixed martial arts. However, one of the biggest challenges for him has been staying in shape, or even more returning to his shape and making the best of it.
The UFC CEO has been a big advocate and of a novel healthcare system called 10X Health, something invented by Gary Brecka. In the past two years, he has been a tremendous speaker of it and with results he can back it up.
In the past he has dealt with health issues, but he claims that he no longer requires taking cholesterol, blood pressure, and thyroid medication, something that he had to do for some time now.
He is 54 years old, and he looks very different than before. He claims that he has lost a lot of weight and looks and feels a lot better since he started the Becka's program, and he really looks great.
He posts his progress on social media
The UFC leader is not shy to share his progress on social media and he recently posted some pictures about his physic. This all has to do with the 10X program, and he took pride in the fact that he no longer looks like he did in the past.
In a post shared on Instagram, he compared two pictures of him, one from a few years past and another one from a few days ago. The Las Vegas resident looked ripped and muscular in the second picture, something that everyone on social media have ired.
White claimed that he has not taken any steroids although he had been on Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) in the first picture. "I was on TRT in the other picture," White said in response to a comment on his post. But, of course, this didn't stop fans from giving their takes on his body transformation.
