UFC 304's min event was the Welterweight title fight between Leon Edwards and Belal Muhammad. The first time these two met inside an octagon was a no-contest because Leon poked Belal Muhammad's eye and even made it bleed. Back then, none of them had a championship belt around their waist. In tonight's main event, the fight took the crowd to the fifth round as the sun was about to rise in Manchester. Unformtunately, Leon Edwards' underwhelming performance spoiled an all-British affair within the main card. Muhammad dominated throughout the entire 5 rounds and got his wish. He's the new Welterweight championship of the world.

Paddy Pimblett gets in the Lightweight rankings

The thrd most important fight of the evening was Patrick 'Paddy' Pimblett, who finished Bobby Green with a 1st. Round submission after he completed a brilliant leg lock that madeGreen faint quickly. With this dub, Pimblett is officially part of the Lightweight rankings and he is officially in the race to get a title shot. Dana white already knew it but he confirmed that he has a star in the making with Pimblett fighting like this. 'Paddy' didn't hesitate to call out his next target and let the haters know he made a statement tonight. After what he said, many started calling him 'Paddy' the 'Petty' 'Pimblett but he likely doesn't care. He never has.

Tom Aspinall calls out Jon Jones after a 1st. Round KO

On the co-main event, interim Heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall has to keep defending his title while Jon Jones recovers and fights Stipe Miocic on that postponed event due to an injury Jones suffered. Aspinall had Curtis Blaydes as his opponent inside a packed arena in Manchester. Not even a minute in Round 1, Aspinall clipped Curtis Blaydes right in the jaw and got him with some hammer fists for the early knock-out. After defending his title, he was very polite calling out Jon Jones during the interview. Contrary to what people would expect, Jones wasn't tweeting about any of this when Aspinall called him out. Maybe he was resting or had better things to do. But if you ask most people, the fight they want is Jon Jones vs Alex Pereira.
