- UFC. Will Conor McGregor ever step into the octagon again: Dana White gives a new tease
- UFC. A fed-up Michael Chandler issues latest challenge to Conor McGregor
It's hard coming back from crossing a line where people lose respect for one another, Jon Jones crossed the line first and this rivalry with Tom Aspinall just got ramped up to 11. For weeks, the UFC interim Heavyweight champion has been trying to lure Jon Jones into fighting him instead of Stipe Miocic and the reigning champ has refrained from making any comments that can be considered out of line. Aspinall's banter has mostly been light hearted but it appears Jon Jones had more than enough and he decided to go on the attack. The way he did it was through an Instagram comment where he got extremely heavy with the expelatives and even a little x-rated for children. After that x-rated comment, Aspinall also crossed the line and now we have no idea what's going to happen.
All we know at this point is that the next time these two meet in person, something unpredictable could happen and people better be at a safe distance when it does. Jones finally gave into the provocations relayed by Aspinall, he finally thought it was enough. But just so you know what the Jon Jones comment was all about, take a look at what he wrote: "This dude literally has my large black c*ck in his mouth every week. I'm flattered. I absolutely guarantee he will not win more world championships than me. That's truly all that matters at the end of the day. There's been many champions, no one like me. I sleep good at night."
Tom Aspinall's harsh response to Jon Jones
That's a little uncalled for gievn how respectful Tom Aspinall has been with his banter against Jones. It was only logical that Tom Aspinall would respond euqally aggressively as Jon Jones did. He started it. Although Aspinall's response to this went straight into the PED usage accusations that have been made against Jones his entire career. he had to bow out of a fight against Daniel Cormier because of PED usage. This is what Tom said: "Jon's right, he's won so many more world championships than me... while using PEDs."
