Tyrese Haliburton has become one of the most exciting point guards in the NBA, but behind the Indiana Pacers star is a long-standing relationship that has grounded him since his college days. So, who is his partner, Jade Jones?
The WAG has been by his side since 2019 when he two met while students at Iowa State University, where the basketballer was learning his trade with the Cyclones whilst Jones was a cheerleader for the team.
Haliburton, originally from Wisconsin, was a rising talent and already tipped to head to the NBA, and the then-19-year-old Jones met the athlete on the campus in Ames.
She is a constant presence at her boyfriend's games and has even been following through the NBA Playoffs as he bids to win his first ever championship, recently securing a thrilling win over the New York Knicks in the Eastern Conference Finals.
In fact, she even headed over sees to the 25-year-old when he competed alongside Team USA at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, as he went on to claim the gold medal alongside LeBron James.

Jones' background in cheerleading reflected a long-standing commitment to athletics and education, something she even pursued as a vocation by becoming an elementary school teacher in Iowa.
It's unclear, however, if she still teaches but she had to step away from cheerleading at the end of 2020 when the pair graduated from college during the Covid-19 pandemic.
In her personal life, she shares a mini goldendoodle named Ames with her boyfriend, whom she has now been dating for six years as they prove to be a rock solid couple.
"We couldn't leave, there was nothing to do... so I was like, 'Let's get a dog,'" Haliburton said of the decision made during the COVID-19 lockdown in California, when he was playing for the Sacramento Kings.
Both also like to keep their relationship private, seldom appearing in the news except to celebrate each other and the landmark moments of their romantic venture in life.
"6 whole years of loving you... You make this world shine so incredibly bright and I'm so lucky to spend life by your side," Jones wrote in April 2025, marking their anniversary.
Haliburton replied, "6 years damn, my ride or die always! Love you girl."
Jones' ion for education reveals a grounded personality, shaped by discipline and comion. Her background in teaching and cheerleading speaks to her natural leadership and encouragement.
They're qualities that have translated into her role in Haliburton's life, and now they wait to see if he can go all of the way in the 2024/25 NBA season.
