It's getting closer and closer to the start of a new WNBA season, and the build-up is taking on an otherworldly rumor. Chicago Sky's young star, Angel Reese, would jump from the court into space.

After Jeff Bezos' private spaceflight company, Blue Origin, took six well-known women 65 miles above Earth - including Katy Perry- on April 14, a new trip is expected to steal the headlines again.

From the Sky to space

That's how crazy it sounds, but a post from the X @DailyNoud announced: "LAST TIME: Young Thug will be the next artist launched into space next month".

It also attached a post in which Reese was listed as one of the people who would be traveling on Blue Origin's next mission. She was ed by celebrities such as Young Thug, Tom Cruise, Kendall Jenner and Jameis Winston.

However, this will not happen. For @DailyNoud is a parody and, therefore, the news of Reese's trip to space is fake.
