Ashton Hall is ready for the fame
Ashton Hall has been on a roll as of lately, as he transitioned from the fitness industry to piling massive number on social media and even revealing the Jacksonville Jaguars regular season schedule, a dream come true for the Florida native.
Hall continues to inspire thousands with his disciplined approach to fitness and personal development, something that he learned all too well during the Covid-19 pandemic, when he felt that he needed a reset after a cycle of late nights, caffeine-fueled mornings and searching for a meaning in life.
The road to fame, however, was anything but easy for Ashton, who spent years dabbling in Philosophy, Stoicism, and Eastern practices, piecing together what worked for him. His routine isn't dogma-it's a framework. "I'm not saying everyone needs to wake up at 5 a.m.," he posted on social media last year. "I'm saying find what grounds you and protect it."
