The United States House of Representatives will hold a hearing to explore the truth behind what the U.S. government knows about UFOs, or Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP), which is a broader term encoming unidentified objects not only in the air but also in space or underwater.
This UFO hearing, organized by the House's Subcommittee on National Security, the Border, and Foreign Affairs, will feature testimony from former U.S. military and intelligence community personnel who claim to have encountered crafts that defy known flight capabilities and physics, and some even assert evidence of "non-human intelligence."
The event will be live-streamed on YouTube by the House Oversight and ability Committee, beginning at 10:00 EDT on Wednesday, July 26.
Testimonies from witnesses
Key witnesses include two former U.S. Navy aviators, Ryan Graves and David Fravor, both of whom had highly publicized encounters with unconventional aircraft in U.S. military airspace.
Another witness, David Grusch, is a decorated former combat officer and veteran of the Pentagon's intelligence community.
Grusch recently made controversial claims in a report stating that he received "extensive classified information about deeply covert programs" involving non-human origin crafts.
Certain of the U.S. Congress have hinted that there might be hidden knowledge regarding UFO/UAP that has been concealed from the public.
Representative Tim Burchett expressed the importance of shedding light on the matter and bringing credible witnesses to testify, emphasizing that the American people deserve the truth and an end to cover-ups.
Ryan Graves, who advocates for a better understanding of UAP concerning airspace safety, regards these unidentified phenomena as an urgent national security issue that demands rigorous scientific investigation and research, particularly if they prove to be of foreign origin.
