It was not a pretty scene in Texas during the first half of the Longhorns' game against the Georgia Bulldogs, as they were shutdown for the first two quarters and the visiting team took a 23-0 lead to the locker room.
Quinn Ewers did not look like himself as errant es and confusion erupted on him many times and it was time to give him a breather, especially after taking a big hit near the end of the second quarter.
This opened the door for Arch Manning, one that been playing well enough to lead the team to win during the time that Quinn Ewers was injured, but then had to return to the bench after Ewers got healthy.
A comeback is needed
While Arch Manning could not move the ball in his opportunity against Georgia, the problem was the offense of line that never gave him time, just like it was with Quinn Ewers.
The Bulldogs looked real good as they dominated on all phases of the game and coming in to the game with a 5-1 record, they look to inch closer to the undefeated Texas Longhorns.
Texas comes in to the matchup as the number one team in the nation and Georgia is number five, so the importance of this game is huge looking to take control in the SEC and also in the rankings towards the college football playoffs.
