Updated

Good evening everybody and welcome to another MARCA in English live blog, this time taking you through the LaLiga clash between Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid from the Metropolitano Stadium.

Atletico Madrid enter Sunday's match third in the standings on 15 points, two back of rivals Real Madrid. Both teams will be keen to claim all three points, especially after league leaders, Barcelona, fell to Osasuna in surprising fashion on Saturday and remain on 21 points.

Although Diego Simeone's side haven't been at their best so far this season, they are undefeated with four wins from seven matches. They've done so on the back of their defence, having only conceded three times so far.

As for Real Madrid they are on an unbeaten run in LaLiga that currently stands at 39 matches. Los Blancos boast a record of five wins and two draws from seven matches, and also claimed a 3-1 victory over Stuttgart in their opening Champions League match as well.
