With preparation like this, it's no wonder O'Malley has been borderline unbeatable in the octagon. All jokes aside, O'Malley sure knows how to have fun and poke fun at the conventional norms that are instilled in fighters.

O'Malley is exactly two months removed from a 2nd round TKO win over Aljamain Sterling for the UFC Bantamweight Championship. The incredible finish earned him Performance of the Night honors.

His next move isn't known at the moment. He has mentioned Chito Vera as a potential next opponent. He has also been called out by boxer Ryan Garcia for a crossover fight. We'll know soon enough what his plans are, but he'll continue with his elite "training" until then.
