- Spotify. Spotify-bound Joe Rogan reveals which is the best platform on the internet
Color UFC commentator and podcaster Joe Rogan had already stated he didn't really like Powr Slap but he does it as a Dana White business. But recently during his podcast, Joe clearly positioned himself on Power Slap by stating he would not compete in that sport. He also made an explanaton of the dangers that Power Slap represents. As it was expected, Joe Rogan used the voice of reason and said some things that Dana White will definitely disapprove. But at the end of the day, Joe Rogan can do and say what ever he wants. However, that doesn't mean Dana White will like perhaps the most famous name on his roster talking about one of his businesses in this light.
Here's what Joe said: "I wouldn't do it. I'm fully in of anybody doing whatever the f* * k they want to do. I'm like if you could bull ride, if you could BMX jump and skateboard and all that crazy sh** where people break their necks. I feel like you should be able to do anything but I wouldn't do it. Like you have seen slap fighting. They get slapped unconscious. Just a slap. They are ready for it. They are like professional slappers. I watch those f...ng clips. I am one of those idiots. One of the dudes was like what are you going to do with the money. I will get my wife some new t...s."
Does this mean Joe Rogan is against Power Slap?
The fact that Joe Rogan just claimed he would never do Power Slap doesn't mean he is against Dana White in any way. It does issue a warning to every single competitor thinking about competing. Getting brutally slapped across your face repeatedly is a first class ticket to CTE town. There is no other way to look at it, Power Slap is dangerous andJoe Rogan just confirmed it. Dana White can say all he wants about this competition but he needs to realize that it can never be considered a sport. Tobe more clear, there is zero chance we will ever get Slap Fighting in the Olympics.
