While Marc Anthony is no stranger to the world of sports, being a minority owner of the National Football League's (NFL) Miami Dolphins, his venture into water racing marks an exciting new chapter in his sporting endeavors.

As one of ten celebrity owners in the championship, the American artist, along with his company Magnus, not only owns the team but will also lead the organization of the E1 series in the United States in 2025.

How did the season end?

This weekend, the E1 Puerto Banus GP, the third race of the season, took place in Marbella, where Team Miami powered by Magnus secured their first win of the season thanks to the skills of Erik Stark and Anna Glennon.

This victory propels the Marc Anthony-led squad to the forefront of the UIM E1 World Championship with 46 points, leading by four points ahead of Team Brady (42) in second place.

Following closely behind in third place, with a 16-point gap, is Team Brazil by Claure Group (30). Among the total of eight participating teams, Rafa Nadal owns one, Team Rafa, currently second to last with 21 points.

"I'm incredibly proud! I knew we had to fight, fight, fight! WOOHOOOOOOOOO!" exclaimed Marc Anthony after Erik Stark and Anna Glennon's success in the E1 Puerto Banus GP.

The New York-born singer-songwriter ed his team in Puerto Banús on the first day of qualifying, witnessing Team Miami powered by Magnus advance to the semi-finals.

The round of the UIM E1 World Championship will be the E1 Monaco GP, scheduled to take place in the Principality of Monaco on 27-28 July.

Known as the Champions of the Water, the E1 Series boasts a stellar lineup of team owners.

Alongside Marc Anthony, other owners include Tom Brady, Rafael Nadal, Steve Aoki, Sergio Perez, Didier Drogba, Virat Kohli, and Will Smith.
